I know I wasn't going to but with all my overseas visitors I just had to share a few pics with you..I walked across the road to the school last week.It is surrounded by natural bush,lucky cos I live in Perth metropolitan district.This is our famous western Australian wildflower the Kangaroo paw..You can see why they call it that cant you.Thanks for stopping by!

Little Aussie Gal

 This is little Aussie Gal.She is my softie for the softie swap over at the Clip Cafe blog.She is my own original design.I have made her body out of felt and her hair from sewn material  which i individually handsewed each strand into place.  I left the edges raw.I had so much fun making her ,she is not quite finished as I am thinking I might still do something for her to hold.It's been years since I've made anything like this but I think I might be doing a few more as I had so much fun creating her.She is off to Scotland next week to her new home at Jenny's.  

Cinderella

I know I keep going back to this Girl image and I can't even credit the artist as I found it long ago on photobucket or flickr.It was titled Beautiful broken black sad.I have shared the original image to show you how perfect it already is but I love it so much of course I want to use it in my own art.If anyone can tell me the artist please do as i do like to give credit where credit is due.so the bottom image is the original and on my image I used the lovely door background from a free test sheet from iTkUpilli which you can find HERE
She has so many wonderful collage sheets available in her etsy store so make sure you check them all outFirsty i added some torm music sheet to the backgroundand then I coloured the background im age withTim Holtz alcohol and   distress inks.I then added my cinderella and stamped the flourish in with a Inkadinkado stamp 96253 probably my favourite stamp at present.The words are from an old vintage bookI thought i might enter it into the three muses challenge 68 printed word.Thanks for stopping by everyone,I do love visitors.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND-original sketch

MY cousin Lisa has a wonderful atc swaps blog readygetsetcraft if you click on the link it will take you there.The theme she has set for october is ALICE IN WONDERLAND Well it inspired me to pull out the pencil again and see if I could come up with my own Alice.She is based on a photo of one of denver's little friends that I took on Saturday,her name is Amy and she is my Alice..I would love to share the photo but as she wasn't at the party with her mum I thought i'd better not as she doesn't even yet know that I photographed her..Mind you they do all pretty much know where I go my camera goes lol.It is just a rough sketch and I may use her for my atc  not sure...I know i promised to draw the winners of the atc on my previous post but i wasn't expeecting to post so quickly so I promise I will do it the very next one.So it's not to late to get your name in before the draw.Its the post right before this one..Thanks for stopping by and for your wonderful comments,I do so love visitors and sharing with friends

Free digi stamp-Retro Body

Once again I have another digi stamp for you,if you click on the pic it will open to a larger image,right click and save to your computer.If you print to a wallet size you should have the right atc sizing.I think Live out loud and my previous atc are a little retro,a little flower power.I'm a little captivated with this style at the moment so you might even be seeing a few more.The head i am using is a bald dolls head with closed eyes so it allows me to add my own design but you can draw a head or have a look around the net and have a bit of fun .I painted the background and then used the stampin up rollergraph flourish over the top

I thought you could have some fun with this one.There are some great heads on the internet,will be great to see what you come up with.I've been having some fun as you can see ,though I mucked up the hand a little. I must say I am rather taken by this style.MY head image had closed eyes which made it easy for me to draw in my own and I coloured the rest in with copics If you come back tomorrow I 'll even have another to show you!

Shabby chic shipping tags done for a swap at  born2create.3 layers of lace, I used the paper peel transfer technique on the image  which alas I forgot to save where I found her,maybe the graphics fairy.So my deepest aplogies I glued the fibre in place with dimensonal magic which gave it a firm feel but still a very soft look.THANKS FOR STOPPING BY

Free Spirit

I did this one a little while  ago,actually it's probably my ever favourite,but have just posted her off to a friend,so I thought i'd bettter immortalize her here.I used beads,matisse gel medium luminarte polished pigments and gold embossing powders for the background.Thanks for stopping by.

Puppy Love tags

I just finished these tags for a pet swap over at Uproar2scrapmore Hmm this one had me stumped for a bit until I found this lovely image at magicmoonlight you can also find that wonderful clown image I have been using lately HERE .Make sure you have a really good look there are some truly wonderful images.I used the paper peel transfer technique here and distressed the edges.For the title i used my lovely titling stamp from Provocraft
